The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level A and AA define technical standards for website accessibility. Although they have not been enacted into law and we are not limited by or bound to any specific, single, standard to provide effective communication, we intend to implement over time where practicable portions of the WCAG 2.0 Level A and AA standards as articulated by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
